I have only been using the Steady Form Pro Series for about a week, it is taking some adjustment to get used to, however my shots do seem to be more consistent and having less arm fatigue is noticeable also.
Mounting was fairly easy, just getting the right position is what took the longest. The set screws were a bit of a pain to manipulate but not horrible for my fat fingers.
Finish seems to be pretty good, the anodized finish looks nice and was nearly flawless. Nothing to be concerned with was noticed.
Some anodized products are not done well, the Pro Series anodized was worth the extra money.
As for customer service, I must admit at first I was a little upset, there was a special offer that was for $89.95 for the model I wanted. When I went to check out it was full price. The sale had ended and the add was still up on the website. I mentioned it to Steady Form via Facebook and they were quick to answer me, even for a weekend. They compensated me with a Tshirt and hat, I like swag anyhow so that was a win.
Shipping was super fast, I was not expecting it to arrive as quickly as it did. All in all great customer support, I also noticed that they were quick to assist another customer who was having an issue as well. Customer support is a key to any business, Steady Form has it going for them.
